Simone Biles

Simone Biles (born on March 14th, 1997 in Columbus, Ohio U.S.A.) American Gymnast is considered to be one of the sport's most outstanding athletes. Biles was the very first gymnast from the United States ever to win four gold medals during one Games. In Rio de Janeiro, she was also the first female to win successive World All-Around championships. Biles was raised in Spring Texas, in the Houston metro area. Her sister Adria had been adopted by Ronald and Nellie Biles. Simone was first introduced to the sport of gymnastics through her daycare teacher Aimee Borman at 6 years old. She was a student at Bannon's Gymnastix for eleven years. Biles earned a silver in vault in 2010 and also a bronze at the women's Junior Olympic National Championships. Then she moved on to competitions at the elite level in the year 2011. Less than two years later she was a dominant competitor in the sport. Biles stood out for her consistently consistent and having a lively and energetic personality and incorporating an extreme amount of difficulty to all her activities - vault uneven bar floor exercises.
