Anna Rawson
As a young woman of 23, Anna took her golfing skills and went professional and is a roaring success of herself in the years since. Anna experienced a life-changing event as a young girl. In order to spend the time with her father, and brother who were avid golfers Anna decided to take up the game as a new pastime. When she was just 16, Anna's modeling career took off when she became the finalist in Dolly Magazines cover contest and continues to model to today. It's not all about what's in the picture. Anna Rawson isn't just an accomplished model, but also a businesswoman. She co-founded Seedlyfe which produces nutrient dense superfoods. Anna Rawson's father was the one who raised her and Willy Rawson after her mother died tragically at the young age of 4. Dianna Rawson began to suffer from depression after Dianna and Jim Rawson divorced. Dianna sought help at the mental health facility for help however she ultimately took the life of herself. Family members were devastated. Anna grew up in a challenging environment. Anna was forced to learn a new way of living without her mother. That is a painful experience for any child. Her father Jim, however, was a wonderful support and a person to who she became extremely close. Jim Rawson is a footballer from Glenelg. They are both passionate about playing the game. Anna confessed that the sole reason why she took up golf was in order to be close to her father and brother after her mother passed away, but she soon realized that it was a sport she loved (and the adorable golfers were a bonus!). Anna turned to golf for a way of coping with the loss of her mother. The sport helped her improve her skills and eventually she made it the focus of her career. It's an amazing idea. Rawson attended St. Martin Boarding School, and then completed her studies by the homeschooling method. Anna admits that deciding which university to go to was made based on ignorance rather than logic. While she was offered numerous offers of admission from elite colleges like Yale as well as Harvard University, Immanuel College was chosen because of its superior climate. Anna completed her degree at University of Southern California and received her award as the All-Pac 10 on three occasions. It's a beautiful combination! She earned her bachelor's degree in Communication from Southern California and continued to pursue her studies, achieving an MBA at Columbia Business School.
