Allison Janney
Allison Brooks Janney was born in the year 1959, on the 19th November. [2] She is an American actor. It is well-known for her work across various types of screen and stage over a three-decade career. Janney was awarded various awards, including an Academy Award, a British Academy Film Award, the Golden Globe Award, and seven Primetime Emmy Awards, in addition to being nominated for 2 Tony Awards. Janney was born in Boston, and raised within Dayton (Ohio). The actress got a grant to education at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art following her graduation from Kenyon College. Following a string of minor and insignificant appearances on TV and films The breakthrough for Janney came from the part of C. J. Cregg in The West Wing, an NBC dramatic drama The West Wing (1999-2006), for which she received Four Primetime Emmy Awards. She won the Primetime Emmy Award in 2014 for the Best Guest Actress in for a Drama Series as Margaret Scully's character in Masters of Sex. Her most well-known role was her portrayal Bonnie Plunkett.
